These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Crochet Kerry website and the purchase of products from us.

1. About us. Crochet Kerry ('we', 'us') is a small handmade business trading from the United Kingdom. Contact: kerry@crochetkerry.co.uk. Trading address: 47 Elmwood Park Gardens, Newcastle.

2. Products. All items are handmade and due to this nature may vary slightly from photographs. Colours may differ depending on your screen. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.

3. Orders. By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order where items are out of stock or pricing errors occur.

4. Payment. Payment is taken securely at checkout. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery. Delivery costs and estimated timescales are shown before you complete checkout. Made-to-order items require additional processing time.

6. Cancellation & returns. Please see our Delivery & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
