Delivery & Returns

Delivery. We deliver across the UK. Delivery costs and estimated timescales are shown at checkout before you pay. Free UK delivery applies on orders over £40. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 working days; made-to-order items require 5-7 working days to make before dispatch.

Your right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel a ready-to-ship order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. Please return the item unused and in its original condition within 14 days of telling us. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Personalised & made-to-order items. Bespoke, personalised or made-to-order items are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right where legally permitted, as they are made specifically for you. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.

Faulty items. If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 30 days and we will offer a repair, replacement or full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
